Massaman curry hails from the south of Thailand and is different from other Thai curries because of the Indian influence.
How to use:
Use this warm and flavourful curry paste to create a wonderful chicken, beef or lamb massaman curry, or even a delightful vegetarian curry by adding wheat, gluten or tofu and lots of vegetables.
Working time: approx. 35 min.

First peel the potato and dice the onion and set aside. Then free the chicken from tendons and cut into small cubes.
Heat the water in a pot and add the Massaman curry paste and stir until it smells. Dice the potatoes and add with the onion cubes. Now bring the sauce to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then add the nuts. Stir again and finally with sugar and who likes it hotter, season with chili powder.
Serve with rice and sprinkle with cashew nuts.
